Cookie policy

This is a short document because the site does very little. There is no advertising network on it, no behavioural tracking, and no third-party analytics tag.

What we set

The first two are strictly necessary: without them you cannot stay signed in or submit a form safely. The third remembers how you left the queue and can be cleared at any time without losing anything.

Why there is no consent banner

Under UK and EU rules, consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary for a service the user has asked for. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt, and functional preferences set only after you sign in and only to remember your own view are handled under the same account relationship.

Because we run no advertising or analytics cookies, there is nothing to ask you to consent to, and a banner asking anyway would be theatre. If that changes, this page changes first and a real consent mechanism will appear with it.

Third parties

Fonts are served from Google Fonts. That request reaches Google and carries your IP address and user agent as any request does; no cookie is set by it.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes request logs on our behalf as described in our sub-processor list.

We do not embed social media widgets, session-replay tools, advertising pixels or A/B testing scripts.

Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies for a site. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop sign-in working; blocking the preference cookie only means the queue opens with its default view.
