These are the services Setliva itself engages. Your own connected systems — your ledger, your payment processor, your storefront, your helpdesk — are your processors, not ours, and are deliberately not listed here.

Entries marked planned describe an integration that is designed but not yet live. No customer data reaches a planned sub-processor, and each will be named here before it does.
How we appoint them
Before a sub-processor is engaged we assess its security posture, its data residency, its own sub-processing, and its ability to support the transfer mechanism we rely on.
Each is engaged under a written contract imposing obligations no less protective than those in our data processing addendum, and we remain liable to you for its performance.
Changes and objection
We will give at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor, by updating this page and emailing the account contacts of affected customers.
If you have a reasonable, documented objection on data protection grounds, tell us within that period. We will work with you to find an alternative; where none exists, either of us may terminate the affected part of the service without penalty.
