A share of what it recovers. Nothing otherwise.

No seat licence, no platform fee, no minimum. It is the only structure under which a vendor and a recovery team want exactly the same thing.

The arithmetic. 400 disputes × 21% contested = 86 filed. × 90% mean win probability = 78 recovered × $120 = $9,360. Your current 12% recovers $5,760. The fee applies only to the difference.

The 21% contest rate and 90% mean win probability are modelled from the engine’s own decisioning, and both move with your evidence mix — a book with reliable delivery data contests more and wins more. Around 54% of cases never reach scoring at all, because a hard gate settles them. The 314 cases not contested still consume roughly 115 analyst hours a month today, and that time is the part most teams underestimate.

Questions

Pricing, answered.

What counts as recovered value?

A won representment, or an invoice payment received after Setliva acted on the account. A conceded dispute recovers nothing, so it is never billed.

Is there a minimum, a setup fee or a seat licence?

No. Unlimited users and cases. If a month recovers nothing, that month costs nothing.

How is the band decided?

From your volume and mix, agreed during onboarding and written into your order form.

Can we try it before connecting our systems?

Yes. The demo workspace runs the real engine over a sample book of 28 cases. Create an account to keep your own settings and verdicts.

Can the agent file something we could not defend?

No. It drafts from the evidence, and every sentence is bound to a record and re-checked before release. A disqualifying fact overrides the score outright, and anything above your value ceiling waits for a person. See the scope and limitations page for detail.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You can export your data on termination. We delete it, and instruct sub-processors to delete it, within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it — see the DPA.

Recover what you are already writing off.

Open the demo workspace and work a real queue end to end — the evidence, the decision, the representment it produces. No card, no call.
